9. Before using any product, you must test the patch, that is, you can test it by using it a little above the face line.

10. Exercise should be done because doing physical exercise increases your blood circulation a lot which reduces the chances of getting Acne.

11. The pillow you are sleeping on should be kept clean and oil-free. Otherwise, the oil produces bacteria and it can enter your face all night and cause various wounds.

12. Regular whiteheads and blackheads need to be cleaned and shampooed two to three hours before bathing without oiling the hair before going to bed at night.
